From Calgary, this shuttle service originates from the Calgary International Airport and can take you to your hotel or home address in Banff, or to the Coast Hotel in Canmore.

From Banff, this shuttle bus picks up from most hotels or home addresses or from Canmore (The Coast Hotel). The shuttle drops off at the domestic and the international terminals of the Calgary International Airport.

Where does the shuttle service pickup and dropoff from?+
This is a Calgary to Banff Shuttle (or Canmore) to the Calgary International Airport (there is only one airport in Calgary) or Banff to Calgary shuttle for visitors to and from Banff or Canmore. In Banff, pick-up and drop-off service is available from most hotels and home addresses. In Canmore, pick ups and drop offs are at the Coast Hotel.
Where do I meet the shuttle for my pickup?+
Clients departing on scheduled services from Calgary International Airport are asked to check-in at the Banff Airporter® Desk located on the Main Arrivals Level, between exit doors 5 & 6. Departures from the Calgary airport are prompt at the scheduled times listed, however, we will do our very best to accommodate late arrivals. For hotel pickups, the shuttle will generally pull up curbside or in front of the hotel. Please refer to the front desk of your requested hotel for the exact locations.
When should I be ready for pickup?+
Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and expect us no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time for Banff pick-up locations. In Canmore, pick up is at the listed time. Departures from the airport are prompt at the scheduled times listed. For guests taking the shuttle to the Calgary Airport, we recommend planning your arrival at the airport at least two hours prior for domestic flights and three hours prior for international flights. When flying into Calgary, plan to spend 30 minutes in domestic arrivals and 45 minutes in international arrivals prior to your Calgary to Banff shuttle. This gives you ample time to collect your baggage, pass through customs and check-in for your Banff shuttle service at the airport.
How often does the Calgary airport shuttle service run?+

How do I book a return shuttle?+
At online check-out, you can easily choose a one-way or round-trip shuttle service that originates at either the Calgary International Airport or from Banff/Canmore.
What if I miss the shuttle?+
Departures from the airport are prompt at the scheduled times listed, however, we will do our very best to accommodate late arrivals. In the event that you miss your pick-up, you must phone the number on your voucher immediately. If possible, you may be able to take the next available shuttle.
What if my flight is delayed and I miss the shuttle?+
Airport agents track your flight details to make the best arrangements possible. If you miss the 22:30 (our latest departure) flight delays, you can catch a cab and we’ll refund your booking the next morning.
How long is the Calgary to Banff shuttle?+
Total travel time is 2 hours or less, including pick-up and drop-off. We travel smoothly at the speed limit to reduce our environmental impact.
What is the luggage allowance?+
We operate much like the airlines in that the total number of bags permitted is the same. So if you arrived by air, there should be no restrictions other than those experienced by the airline. Please be sure to box all bikes and skis and let us know if you have any oversized items such as cellos or stand-up basses.
Are pets permitted on the shuttle?+
Although we love animals and are fierce defenders of their rights, due to allergies and so on, pets are not permitted with the exception of service animals.
What is the cancellation policy?+
All scheduled reservations are transferable, changes in bookings are free of charge, and unused portions of travel qualify for a refund. Refunds apply when you contact us at least 1 hour before your original travel time.
